Work

Classes of system, rather than a client list. Each entry describes the situation as it actually presented, what turned out to be wrong underneath it, and the method applied - which is the part that transfers.

5 entries · no client names, no figures
Scattered fragments on the left resolving into an ordered network on the right

How to read these

Every entry follows the same four beats, because the value is in the sequence rather than in any one project. Context is the situation as reported. Problem is what was actually wrong, which is usually not what was reported. Approach is the method, in the order it gets applied. Demonstrates states plainly what a reader should conclude, so nobody has to infer it from a logo wall.

There are no metrics on these pages. A percentage improvement attached to an engagement is unverifiable by a reader and confidential to the client; the honest thing to publish is the reasoning.

Client names, sector detail and figures are deliberately omitted throughout. These pages describe the shape of problems and the method applied to them - a metric attached to a real engagement does not belong on a public site, and an invented one is worth nothing.
